Your impact will be :
Technical Expertise : Provide advanced technical support to customers, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Siemens Automation systems.
Industry‑Specific Knowledge : Leverage experience in water, oil, gas and petrochemical industries to understand unique challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Customer Service Excellence : Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing complex issues and exceeding expectations.
Service Operations Support : Collaborate with the service operations team to handle service requests, incidents, and escalations while meeting SLAs.
Problem Resolution : Independently resolve intricate customer issues and mentor less experienced engineers.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of service activities, configurations, installations, and resolutions.
Prepare technical reports for management and customers.
Training and Development : Assist in training and mentoring, stay current with Siemens products, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Collaboration : Work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and performance optimization.
Safety : Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Success is grounded in :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., electrical, automation, control systems).
Minimum of 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Siemens Automation systems.
Profound technical knowledge of Siemens Automation systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
