Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our fine-dining, high-volume restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership abilities, and demonstrate a deep understanding of high-end service standards and operational excellence. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and guest-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management

Oversee and coordinate all front-of-house (FOH) and collaborate with back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth service.

Train, and supervise FOH staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and supervisors.

Ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Assist in developing and executing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
