Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office administrative operations.
- Liaise with government departments, clients, and suppliers.
- Manage documentation and communication in both Arabic and English.
- Support HR and procurement teams with paperwork and coordination.
- Maintain organized filing and record systems.
Requirements
Experience : 5-10 years in office administration or liaison roles (construction sector preferred).Languages : Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Location : Must be based in Riyadh ( Saudi National preferred ).Skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
