Responsibilities

Develop and implement commercial strategies for the Roads Program, aligning them with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives. Lead and manage the commercial team, ensuring best practices in contract negotiation, project management, and financial oversight. Oversee budget development, financial forecasting, and cost management performance across the Roads Program. Engage with government stakeholders and project partners to ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals for infrastructure works. Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to road development. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal departments to streamline project execution. Provide regular updates and performance reports to the executive leadership team.
