Job Title : Head of Performance
Overview
Responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth of digital solutions across partnered restaurants. Acts as the link between product, restaurant management, and staff to ensure smooth implementation, engagement, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and growth initiatives to meet GMV and retention targets.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant managers and staff.
- Drive waiter engagement through training, incentives, and reward programs.
- Monitor performance through dashboards / reports and take corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams for seamless activations and campaigns.
- Develop SOPs, benchmark against market trends, and design growth strategies.
- Manage freelancers / field staff to support adoption and engagement activities.
