Oracle HCM Consultant – Offshore

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our Oracle ERP team. The consultant will be responsible for supporting internal HR operations by maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting our Oracle HCM Cloud system. This role involves close collaboration with HR business users and IT teams to ensure system stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues, configuration errors, and data discrepancies.

Perform system enhancements, updates, and customizations as per business needs.

Support new module rollouts, testing, and integration activities.

Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and configuration records.

Participate in system upgrades, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ensure compliance with internal IT and data security policies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

5 to 8 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.

Strong understanding of Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, and Self-Service modules.

Experience with troubleshooting, configuration, and HCM security setup.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
