Overview

The KPI Institute | AI and Digital Transformation Trainer (Consultant) - Freelance / Contractual

Location : Hybrid | Starting date : To be discussed after an interview | Language : English or Arabic

Role summary : We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging AI and Digital Transformation Trainer / Consultant to lead workshops, design training programs, and consult with clients on leveraging AI technologies and driving successful digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on AI, machine learning, data analytics, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Facilitate hands-on workshops and interactive sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Provide consultancy services to organizations undergoing digital transformation.
  • Customize training content based on client needs, industry trends, and learner feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI tools, platforms, and digital innovation.
  • Assess and report on training outcomes and transformation impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology and learning solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field (PhD preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a trainer, consultant, or educator in AI and digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure AI, TensorFlow).
  • Experience in change management, digital strategy, and business process transformation.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Digital Transformation are a plus.
