Sustainability Manager

Overview

Drive and integrate Jayasom’s sustainability strategy by developing and implementing initiatives that enhance environmental preservation, stakeholder wellness, and socio-cultural development. Ensure the resort operates in innovative and sustainable ways while serving as an ambassador of wellness and sustainability culture for both employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve environmental sustainability in line with local regulations and Jayasom’s goals.
• Define and monitor Key Sustainability Performance Indicators (KSPIs) to track progress and improvements.
• Lead innovations in resource efficiency, zero waste, and sustainable operations.
• Communicate sustainability strategies across teams through training, events, and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership, departments, local authorities, and external partners to ensure compliance and impact.
• Organize sustainability initiatives, social responsibility activities, and engaging programs for guests and colleagues.
• Audit, measure, and continuously improve sustainability practices, staying updated on industry best practices.
