Welcome the 2025 Workplace Mentor Program Students!

Kole Hellman

I’m an Accounting major at the University of Tennessee at Martin, currently in my second summer with the program. I plan to pursue either a CPA certification or a law degree after graduation. Outside of academics, I’m actively involved in my church’s band and enjoy playing three different instruments. I’m passionate about learning and excited to continue growing through this experience.

Will Jackson

I’m currently in my second year at Freed-Hardeman University. I’ll be graduating next year with both my undergraduate and master’s degrees. I have experience playing two seasons of Division II basketball and coaching one year of NAIA basketball. After graduation, I plan to pursue my CPA certification. I enjoy meeting new people and growing both personally and professionally through this program.

Emily Potts

I’m a Business Management major at the University of Tennessee at Martin, entering my junior year. Since April 2024, I’ve been part of the Workplace Mentor Program, gaining hands-on experience as a Summer Relief Teller. I’m involved in the Student Government Association and Zeta Tau Alpha. This experience has boosted my confidence in helping customers and exploring career paths in banking.

Chase Turner

I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Finance. My wife and I are returning to Knoxville this fall as she continues law school. I enjoy farming and spending time with our 2-year-old St. Bernard, Layla. I’ve been part of this program for three years, and I look forward to exploring new departments and continuing my learning this summer.
