Lead your store to meet and exceed sales goals Inspire and manage a motivated retail team Ensure impeccable customer service aligned with ZAVI’s brand values Oversee store operations including inventory, compliance, and visual merchandising Analyze data and drive strategic initiatives for performance improvement What We’re Looking For

5–8 years of experience in retail management (fashion / apparel preferred) Strong leadership and people development skills Business-savvy mindset with the ability to think both tactically and strategically Proficiency in POS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us
