MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

Mechanical Foreman (1)

  • 8 years experience of Mechanical maintenance in thermal power plant
  • Knowledge regarding Mechanical maintenance activities
  • Knowledge of all relevant machine and equipment in steam power plant
  • Sound knowledge of overhaul principles and techniques for different types of pumps / valves
  • Sound knowledge of pumps alignment techniques, experience / knowledge about turbine / boiler minor / major inspection activities
  • Ability to organize and plan work for a team
  • Physically fit

Mechanical Technician (12)

  • Technical Mechanical Engineering Diploma
  • 5 years experience of Mechanical maintenance in thermal power plant
  • Sound knowledge of Boiler / Turbine and its Auxiliaries mechanical activities, inspect / repair / different types of pumps / valves and sound knowledge of pumps alignment techniques and Physically fit

    • I&C supervisor (1)

  • University degree (BHC) in Electrical / computer / instrument and control Engineering
  • With ten years experience in STG units (boiler / turbine / auxiliary) with Yokogawa control and MK VI (GE) as well as field instruments
  • Previous supervisory / management experience

    • I&C Technician (8)

  • YIC graduation in Instrument and control division with 5 years experience in DCS and field instruments activities in STG, DESAL and RO plant
  • Experience in maintenance & Troubleshooting of field and control problems
  • Ability to read all types of drawings and solve problems independently

    • DCS Technician (2)

  • YIC graduation in Instrument and control division
  • With 5 years experience in DCS and field instruments activities in STG, DESAL and RO plant
  • Experience in maintenance & Troubleshooting of field and control problems also experience in (Yokogawa, ABB Harmony and ABB Moldey) control system
  • Ability to read all types of drawings and solve problems independently

    • Electrical Engineer Support (1)

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering
  • With more than 8 years experience in Thermal power (STG & GTGs), Desalination (RO & MSF) plants
  • Sound Maintenance Experience & major Inspections in Thermal Power plants & Desalination Plants equipments & auxiliaries such as, Turbine Generators, Transformers, Synchronous Motors, MV & LV Motors, UPS equipments
  • Experience in Reviewing Technical studies, Modification, designs in Electrical & Electronics engineering related to STG / GTG / Desalination plants
  • Familiar with High Voltage Switch Gears & Electrical machines
  • Familiar with maintenance inspection types / PM strategy for Steam turbine / Auxiliaries, Boiler / Auxiliaries and Desalination units

    Supervisor Mechanical Support (1)

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than ten years experience in Thermal power (STG & GTG) and Desalination (RO & MSF) plant
  • Sound Maintenance and process knowledge of Thermal Power plants (STGs & GTGs) and Desalination plant operation and all relevant equipments
  • Experience in Reviewing Technical studies, Modification, designs in mechanical engineering related to STG / GTG / Desalination plants
  • Previous supervisory / manpower-management experience
  • Experience with MHI / ANSALDO / GE turbines, boiler and Desalination (RO & MSF) plant familiar with maintenance inspection types / PM strategy for Steam turbine / Auxiliaries, Boiler / Auxiliaries

    • Protection Engineer (1)

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering
  • With more than 8 years experience in Thermal power (STG & GTGs), Desalination (RO & MSF) plants
  • Sound experience in Protection Relays Calibration, Installation and Maintenance in Thermal Power Plants & Desalination units
  • Sound Experience in Simulating Digital Excitation systems & Synchronization relays
  • Process knowledge of Thermal Power plants & Desalination plants operation and all relevant equipments
  • Experience in Reviewing Technical studies related to Protection studies, Modification, designs for HV, MV & LV switch gears & Generator Protections familiar with High Voltage Equipments & machines

    • Specialist Technical Support Mechanical (Thermal Power plants & Desalination (RO & MSF) (4)

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 8 years experience in Thermal power (STG & GTGs), Desalination (RO & MSF) plants
  • Sound Maintenance and process knowledge of Thermal Power plants & Desalination plants operation and all relevant equipments
  • Experience in Reviewing Technical studies, Modification, designs in mechanical engineering related to STG / GTG / Desalination plants
  • Capable to carry out Root cause Analysis for incidents
  • Familiar Deal with high pressure steam pipes / valves repair / replace metallurgy
  • Familiar with maintenance inspection types / PM strategy for Steam turbine / Auxiliaries, Boiler / Auxiliaries and Desalination units
