Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Road Safety Design Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role involves overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of road safety measures across major development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all road infrastructures meet high safety standards, supporting our vision to create a safe, accessible, world-class entertainment destination. Responsibilities

Manage road projects assigned by development teams Oversee parking projects, including park & ride, temporary parking, and parking structures Coordinate with authorities and government agencies for approvals and stakeholder engagement Handle activities like consultant procurement, contract management, and committee presentations Prepare for project openings and operational readiness, focusing on transport modes Conduct impact assessments related to project changes, considering cost, time, and quality Support other job families as needed Manage the adoption process for roads and parking systems to various stakeholders Implement and oversee the Road Safety Management System, including the Safe System Approach Support planning, safety audits, IRAP assessments, and design reviews Manage the selection and performance review of road safety consultants Contribute to the development of road safety policies aligned with Qiddiya's objectives Review submissions to ensure compliance with safety strategies Maintain consistency across city safety reports, guidelines, and standards Oversee onsite road safety measures, including temporary traffic plans Support crash data collection, reporting, and investigations Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field Master's degree preferred in Engineering, Project Management, or related area 10-15 years of experience in road safety design, traffic engineering, or related fields Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred; familiarity with Road Safety Audit and iRAP Additional Details
