The Team Our Infra Advisory Team operates throughout the entire development life cycle with a focus on improving return on investment capital and reducing risks specific to capital projects. Our team is built on deep industry sector expertise and a differentiated ability to address complex problems by supporting owner / operator / contractor clients with the expertise of our project and asset management solutions. Our ultimate goal is to reduce uncertainty in project development and operation costs, contributing to shareholder value from procurement through execution and asset management. Our Infra Advisory Team offers services across the development life cycle, including : Capital Strategy and Deal Advisory (Financial, Technical and Regulatory Vision) Capital Delivery and Project Rescue (Execution Phase) Asset Optimization (Operational and Technical Improvement) How you will contribute We are recruiting exceptional business leaders at Director and Senior Director levels in two main hubs of KSA (Riyadh) and UAE (Abu Dhabi and Dubai) to support wider regional growth. Working with experienced colleagues, you will develop and implement innovative solutions in performance improvement, digitization, delivery transformation, and operational turnaround. You will be part of a global practice focused on deploying digital, risk allocation, delivery support and cost-efficiency solutions while integrating governance throughout the infrastructure projects lifecycle. Responsibilities Lead the execution of work fronts with expertise, identifying improvement initiatives and engaging with the client in all project phases. Lead meetings and presentations with client and A&M management / executive levels, demonstrating confidence and mastery of topics. Assume a leadership role with teams and clients, participating in negotiations and collaborations between leaders. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop and manage strategic partnerships for business growth. Participate in events and associations to foster relationships and identify opportunities. Co-create solutions with a creative mindset and offer innovative approaches to client challenges. Leverage industry network to identify and develop new business opportunities for A&M Infra and other Business Units. Qualifications A high-grade bachelor’s degree in engineering and / or construction discipline (and / or MBA) from an accredited top-tier university. Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related major. 15 to 20 years of proven experience in business development and / or infrastructure project management with deep expertise in delivering major complex capital projects. (Must-have). 10+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firms with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and interpersonal / communication skills. (Must-have). Middle East experience is mandatory with access to a current client base in the region. Professional accreditation such as MRICS, FRICS, PMI, PMP, MAPM, CIOB etc. Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential. Availability for travel. Ability to facilitate analysis to guide project delivery, propose action plans, and make confident decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior management and client-facing discussions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management and negotiation skills; team-oriented mindset. Motivated and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic culture. Experience in giga & mega projects (and / or real estate, hospitality, entertainment, infrastructure, transportation, sports, aviation, and related sectors). Understanding of the construction execution life cycle and exposure to feasibility studies, technical due diligence, procurement, PPP, development management, strategic PMO, client representative, cost advisory, claims and disputes.
