Must-Have

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT support, service desk management, or IT operations within the banking sector.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, and familiarity with ISO / IEC 20000 standards.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
