Financial Consultant

We are seeking a highly qualified Financial Consultant – Certified Business Valuer to join our advisory team. The ideal candidate must be a licensed valuer by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) with valid membership in SOCPA, and possess strong expertise in accounting and financial analysis within professional consulting environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business valuations using recognized methodologies (Income Approach, Market Multiples, Asset-Based).
• Prepare high-quality valuation reports aligned with TAQEEM and international standards (IVS).
• Analyze financial statements, assess historical performance, and evaluate future growth assumptions.
• Support due diligence engagements, feasibility assessments, and investment analyses.
• Provide financial advisory services to clients across multiple sectors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present key findings and insights to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
