About the Role : We are looking for a skilled Testing Technician with strong expertise in electrical testing of medium and high voltage motors and generators. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of testing procedures, instrumentation, and on-site supervision during service, erection, and commissioning. Responsibilities

Perform and supervise tests including Tan Delta, PD, DC Tests, ELCID, RSO, Wedge Tightness, and Run Test parameters Handle testing instruments and generate detailed test reports Inspect RTDs, BTDs, and auxiliaries during initial testing Supervise and guide electrical testing at site and in the repair workshop Manage testing and other electrical activities during preventive maintenance, erection, and commissioning Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in motor / generator testing Ability to lead on-site testing and inspection activities Knowledge of test equipment and electrical standards Preferred Skills

Experience with various electrical testing procedures Familiarity with industry standards and regulations Seniority level
