Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and visionary Associate Account Executive for Instructor Led Training to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased revenue. You will be at the forefront of identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities, serving as the primary interface for all our products and services.

As an Associate Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, working with clients to deliver cutting-edge training solutions in Microsoft, AWS, Cisco, and more.     SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management level. Able to understand L&D challenges.
  • Fluency in (English).
  • Experience of working across the defined territory / region
  • Experience in the IT training and development, learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
  • understanding of customer’s business, curious, pushes the customer, has a broad view / perspective.
  • Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth.
  • Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of IT corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude.
  • Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close.
  • Commitment and ownership of your – and your team’s – success.
  • Willingness to take ownership – and solve – problems.
  • Willingness to acknowledge, and own mistakes – recognition of humility as a key aspect of continuous improvement.
