Inspector- Architecture

WSP is seeking a qualified and motivated Inspector – Architecture to join our team for a prestigious airport project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, supervising, and inspecting architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and adherence to project schedules. Review and comment on architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals. Identify and report any non-conformances, defects, or discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical and site issues. Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation for project progress and quality control. Support the Resident Engineer and senior staff in delivering the project to the client’s expectations. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field. Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in architectural inspection, preferably on large-scale infrastructure / airport projects. Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and specifications. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
