Overview of the role :

  • The primary focus of the role is to achieve sales targets on units (new & used) and maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales while maintaining expected standards on NPS (Net Promoter Score) throughout the customer journey in Jizan.

What you will do :

  • Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured “one offer” journey.
  • Meet trade-in targets.
  • Achieve monthly F&I product sales targets.
  • Promote effective referrals to Showroom Managers to ensure 100% second-facing for enhancement.
  • Capture customer data in DMS (test drive, Emirates ID, email address, etc.).
  • Complete 100% of mandatory training as per Al-Futtaim and OEM requirements.
  • Stay informed about competitors’ activities to effectively counter customer objections.
  • Required Skills to be successful :

  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills
  • Timely resolution of issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • About the Team :

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, working closely with the sales team and other stakeholders.
  • What equips you for the role :

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of retail sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in Arabic, English, and Microsoft Office
