The role is crucial in increasing win rates through well-prepared and persuasive submissions. Detailed Duties and Responsibilities :

Analyze RFP / RFQ documents and understand client requirements. Develop bid submission plans and monitor key milestone deadlines. Coordinate with estimation, technical, finance, and legal departments for proposal inputs. Prepare and compile technical proposals, including execution methodology, work schedules, QA / QC plans, and project organization charts. Ensure full compliance with tender documentation requirements. Collaborate with estimation engineers to prepare cost proposals. Design professional bid presentations and client-facing materials. Handle tender submission formats for both public and private sector clients. Draft formal letters, legal forms, and commercial attachments. Submit RFIs for clarifications and follow up with client correspondence. Organize meetings with vendors, consultants, and project teams. Submit tenders physically or through online portals as per deadline. Archive all related bid documents for audit and future reference. Conduct market analysis to assess competition and bidding strategies. Seniority level
