Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the division products.
  • Achieve and exceed personal targets as part of department total target.
  • Follow up current and future customers and fulfill their requirements with high professionalism.
  • Extend the customer portfolio by identifying new customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Perform analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Follow up the customers on a regular basis.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.
  • Build, develop and maintain the customer’s satisfaction through visits and telephone calls.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Increase the market share in the assigned region.
  • Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Monitor the market and competitor’s activities.
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.

Education & Certifications

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Required Years Of Experience

  • 2 – 4 years’ sales experience in the same field
