Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the division products.
- Achieve and exceed personal targets as part of department total target.
- Follow up current and future customers and fulfill their requirements with high professionalism.
- Extend the customer portfolio by identifying new customers and new sales opportunities.
- Perform analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
- Follow up the customers on a regular basis.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed business objectives.
- Build, develop and maintain the customer’s satisfaction through visits and telephone calls.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Increase the market share in the assigned region.
- Cooperate with Aftersales Division to achieve the customer’s satisfaction.
- Monitor the market and competitor’s activities.
- Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
