We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to protect our IT infrastructure by identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security protocols, and responding to threats. You will lead initiatives in risk assessment, incident response, employee training, and continuous monitoring to ensure a secure digital environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement cybersecurity protocols and infrastructure protection plans
- Continuously monitor systems for threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments regularly
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, identifying root causes and mitigation strategies
- Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff
- Keep users updated on best practices and cyber hygiene
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain optimal security across all systems.
- Participate in change management and ensure security compliance in system updates
- Conduct regular security audits and report findings to senior management
- Simulate phishing attacks and improve organizational response preparedness
