Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement advertising strategies that align with client goals, ensuring campaigns are effective and deliver results. Team Leadership : Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance on campaign execution and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Budget Management : Oversee budgets for client accounts, ensuring that projects are completed within financial parameters. Campaign Oversight : Monitor the progress of campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments as necessary to optimize results. Collaboration : Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Reporting : Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Proven experience with at least 5 yrs in account management, preferably in an advertising agency. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and creatively.
