Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international or cross-border business. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local Saudi tax laws (including VAT). Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chinese-speaking Accountant to join our finance team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting communication and coordination with our Chinese stakeholders or headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Assist in budgeting, auditing, and tax filing processes.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian tax laws, VAT regulations, and other financial regulations.
- Translate and communicate financial documents between Chinese and English as needed.
- Liaise with Chinese partners, suppliers, or headquarters for financial coordination.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
