Artificial Intelligence & Data Talent Partner at Discovered MENA

Role : AI Solutions Head - Arabic Speaking

Rate : Up to 60K SAR

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with client engagement and technical teams to gather business requirements and convert them into practical AI / analytics solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance on solution architecture, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Act as the technical lead in client workshops and delivery discussions.
  • Build and deploy machine learning models and end-to-end analytical workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and validation.
  • Leverage a mix of classical ML and deep learning techniques (e.g., forecasting, NLP, optimization, anomaly detection).
  • Ensure models are reliable, modular, and production-ready.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and engineers in model development and project delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and uphold high technical standards across the team.

Integration & Deployment

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models seamlessly into production.
  • Ensure solutions are containerized, API-enabled, and compatible with CI / CD pipelines.
  • Keep pace with the latest ML / AI advancements and evaluate their relevance for real-world use.
  • Drive internal prototyping and experimentation to test new approaches.
  • Share insights through documentation, demos, and team knowledge sessions.

    • Technical Stack

  • Deep Learning : PyTorch, TensorFlow / Keras
  • Cloud Platforms : AWS (preferred) or GCP

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied analytics.
  • Proven track record leading technical aspects of projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in building, validating, and deploying ML models.
  • Ability to balance deep technical work with practical business impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken mandatory)
