Senior Manager - HSSE - Makkah, Saudi Arabia

The role is with a large organization in the Construction industry, developing multiple assets in the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with Saudi regulations, international best practices (ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and corporate standards.
• Overseeing all aspects of on site health, safety and environmental management within the company.
• Implementing and monitoring robust HSSE strategies and initiatives.
• Lead the development of HSSE strategies across design, construction, and operational phases of the project.
• Leading and training a team to maintain the highest levels of HSSE performance.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential risks and improvements.
• Conduct safety briefings, workshops, and training programs to promote a strong safety culture.
• Managing any incidents, ensuring they are properly investigated and resolved.
• Reporting on HSSE performance to senior management.
