Senior Product Manager - Fintech

Overview

We are seeking the Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for innovative financial solutions. This role will focus on MSME financing, digital banking, and customer experience enhancement . The successful candidate will combine 7–10 years of product management expertise with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and regulatory awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and impactful fintech products aligned with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation and research to launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer research and feedback analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs.
• Translate customer insights into product features, user stories, and business requirements .
• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational innovation and growth goals.
• Collaborate with technology, compliance, operations, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality financial products.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs , making recommendations for enhancements or pivots.
• Ensure strict compliance with SAMA regulations and internal governance standards.
• Drive innovation in fintech solutions to enhance MSME financing, digital banking, and customer experiences.
• Prepare and present product reports, market insights, and strategic updates to senior stakeholders.
