Overview
The EFL Instructor is responsible for delivery of knowledge and skills training in English as a Foreign Language offered in accordance with the approved curriculum and the ARX policies and procedures.
Duties :
- Plan and deliver pedagogically sound lessons relevant to the Faculty’s KPIs
- Participate in the preparation, correction and assessment of examination papers and assignments, and invigilation of examinations
- Monitor and enforce student attendance
- Participate in the counselling, remediation, and administration of student data
- Participate in the ongoing review and development of curriculum content, teaching methods and methods of student assessment
- Maintain and develop professional competence through active engagement in professional development activities provided by the College
- Undertake other duties as required by Management
