Project Planning Specialist

Job Summary Al Mannar Group is seeking a qualified Project Planning Specialist to support the project management team in developing schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective resource allocation. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.

Track project progress and prepare performance reports.

Analyze risks, delays, and resource allocation.

Support project managers in budget forecasting and planning.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for timeline updates.

Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools.

Understanding of project control concepts (EVM, baselines, KPIs).

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
