What You’ll Own

Develop and lead the company’s financial roadmap to support long-term scalability.
Partner with the CEO and leadership on strategic growth, fundraising, and investment initiatives.
Drive data-based decisions through accurate forecasting and financial analysis.

Operations & Compliance

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Maintain strong internal controls and optimize accounting systems.

Ensure transparency and alignment across departments on all financial matters.

Leadership & Impact

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Implement tools and processes that enhance financial visibility and performance.

Act as the voice of financial clarity within Manzil’s leadership circle.

What You Bring

4+ years in finance or FP&A, including leadership experience.

Strong understanding of Saudi regulations, taxation, and financial best practices.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.

Experience in fast-growing or startup environments is a strong plus.
