Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Complete assigned tasks by coordinating the activities of the assigned service staff, recognizing and meeting customer needs, maximizing output, controlling costs, and implementing safety regulations while ensuring the highest standards of work.
• Organize all documentation (Materials, Invoices, PODs, SDRFs) and be ready for any Audit (Internal / External).
• Carry out any other duties related to another area as assigned by the TP&S Team Leader (O&M and assigned Jobs).
• Control the activities of the assigned Customer Service staff; assist, guide, and counsel them as necessary; monitor job performance.
• Daily customer interaction with commercial and field service teams on customer sites.
• Review services and liaise with Sales and Engineers to obtain necessary inputs regarding customer requirements.
• Prepare work schedules; allocate work; monitor performance and time spent on assignments; take positive action to eliminate problems and waste, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and materials requests, follow up for timely delivery.
• Submit regular reports to the Line Manager (Monthly) and keep them informed of progress and customer needs as appropriate.
• Adhere to the Executed and Ensure it is fit-for-purpose (budget and schedule).
• Promote Veolia Products and maintain our Service's quality in all aspects.
• Comply with QHSE regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications : Diploma in Electromechanical

Experience : 15 - 20 years of experience
