- Handling day-to-day operations of Social Media Channels with the Social Media Agency
- Handling budget for all Online Communication Channels, monthly initiatives and yearly requirements
- Month end reporting for all Online Communication Channels
- Influencer Marketing
- Online Customer Service
- E-newsletter
- Online research
- Discovering new opportunities for online brand growth
- Creating processes and Print vouchers for online initiatives
- Website Content Management and direct dealing with Website Agency
- Setting-up yearly targets for all Online Communication Channels with marketing manager and developing the action plan to achieve it
- Digital Media presence
- Continuous development of all Online Communication Channels
Qualifications
