Business Analyst (Associate)

to work on an onsite project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support senior analysts in analyzing business needs and developing solutions.

Financial services experience

is not required. Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing business requirements and developing solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback Develop business process models and documentation (BRDs or any other) Support project teams in implementing solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation Must have UAT (User acceptance Testing) knowledge Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Computer Science, etc.) Min 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, etc.) Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Accenture...) Financial services experience is not required
