data, digital transformation, and governance solutions , currently seeking an experienced

Data Governance and Management Consultant

to join our team.

The consultant will support the implementation of a comprehensive

Data Governance Framework

and establishing enterprise-level data management practices aligned with

national and international standards

(NDMO, DAMA‑DMBOK, CDMP).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Data Governance Roadmap based on project progress.

Create and implement data management policies and standards (quality, classification, metadata, reference data).

Support data owners in defining responsibilities and authorities.

Oversee the integration of governance tools with operational systems.

Provide technical support in workshops and meetings.

Prepare executive reports on governance implementation progress.

Develop operational plans, including execution mechanisms and responsibility matrices.

Establish KPIs and track data maturity progress based on the national data maturity index.

Enhance documentation and evidence supporting governance maturity assessments.

Collaborate with stakeholders to document and manage data assets.

Review and update the Data Office operating model as needed.

Design and activate data sharing and national data strategy initiatives.

Draft guidelines and regulatory frameworks for data governance and classification.

Maintain operational records such as data sharing agreements and impact assessments.

Represent the project office in committees and regulatory discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional certification such as CDMP or DGSP.

Proven experience in data governance and management projects within governmental or regulatory entities.

Strong ability in policy writing, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
