About the Role We are seeking an experienced
HR Operations Supervisor
to support our HR function on a short-term contract. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess strong technical skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, etc.) to manage and streamline HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations and processes.
Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Prepare and maintain accurate reports using advanced Excel tools.
Support HR compliance, policies, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with management and staff for HR-related queries and issue resolution.
Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and employee data management.
Ensure smooth HR operations throughout the contract period.
Requirements
Based in
Riyadh
and available to join
immediately .
Proven experience in HR operations or HR administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
This is a
short-term contract (3 months)
ending 31 December 2025, ideal for candidates who can contribute immediately with strong operational and analytical skills.
