Overview

The role may include the following tasks and functions / duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to :

• Operate vehicles for loading and unloading Ro-Ro vessels as per cargo handling procedures
• Drive and stow vehicles in designated areas on the vessel to maximize space
• Ensure vehicles are handled with care to avoid damage to cargo and equipment
• Follow directions from terminal supervisors and signallers during operations
• Conduct pre-operation checks and report mechanical issues or damages to the operations team
• Always comply with port safety and security regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles
• Report incidents, accidents, or delays immediately to the operations team
