Base pay range

$60,000.00 / yr - $108,000.00 / yr

In addition to healthcare IT support, we develop custom software solutions designed to meet the unique needs of small healthcare organizations. Our team builds secure, user-friendly, and HIPAA-compliant tools that simplify operations and improve patient outcomes.

Flourish Health is also exploring opportunities in the blockchain industry, aiming to leverage decentralized technologies to improve data integrity, transparency, and trust in healthcare and beyond.

The Role

We’re Hiring For Two Roles

  • Growth Marketer

You’ll help us grow awareness, acquire users, and build a strong presence across channels like X (Twitter), Farcaster, Discord, and newsletters. Experience with Web3 communities, analytics, and content distribution is a big plus.

Ideal Profile

  • Web3 fluent : You understand crypto culture and keep up with trends, memes, and protocols.
  • Startup-ready : You’re self-directed, move quickly, and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Creative + technical : Whether you're marketing or designing, you combine craft with experimentation.
  • Short-term but flexible : These are short-term roles, with potential for ongoing collaboration if it’s a good fit.
