Parts Order Controller

Job Responsibilities

Receive and process parts requests from technicians or relevant departments.

Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and stock movements.

Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery timelines.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Issue parts to technicians and document all transactions accurately.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.

Advanced English skills.
