We are seeking a talented CX (Customer Experience) Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a CX Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects aimed at improving our customers' experience across various touchpoints. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of CX projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to COPC standards for process excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify and allocate project resources, ensuring optimal utilization to meet project objectives.
- Ensure smooth project execution by adhering to approved timelines, budgets, and scope.
- Document project progress, key decisions, and challenges, maintaining accurate records in the project management system.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports and escalation logs to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and issues.
- Oversee adherence to project documentation standards and ensure timely completion of deliverables and generation of CoC.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Organize and lead project meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and post-mortems.
- Address stakeholder concerns promptly and align project goals with their expectations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members to enhance performance and promote COPC best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.4 years of experience in contact center management or related field, with exposure to COPC-certified environments preferred.PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.Strong understanding of CX principles, COPC standards, and industry best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Seniority Level
