Job Description : Business Development Manager - Solar

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth in the solar industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, specifically in the solar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desired Experience :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in the solar sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Experience in managing key client accounts and nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government incentives in the solar energy market.
