Work to Define KPIs that align with the overall objectives of the company and are effectively cascaded down to the department and employee levels
Support counter fraud manager governance to Establish three LOD model across the company, with clearly defined counter-fraud roles and responsibilities, ensuring that fraud risk is integrated into daily operations
Update the counter fraud Policy to clearly define the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders, establish adequate counter-fraud controls across all domains, and outline an effective fraud risk management approach
Update the counter fraud Policy to reflect the evolving fraud landscape faced by the company, incorporating the results of FRA and intelligence monitoring
Support in Formalize the AFC meetings by conducting them at least quarterly, sharing the meeting agenda in advance, and developing a formal reporting pack prior to each meeting
Update new fraud typologies faced by the company through data analysis, and define criteria for classifying fraud cases for SAMA reporting.
Update taxonomies that cover the full scope of the company's operations, and develop fraud risk appetite statements to be approved by the Board.
Check on work progress with regards to roles and responsibilities for stakeholders involved in the FRA, ensuring alignment with the fraud risk environment and integration with the product risk assessment process
Update detailed roles and responsibilities of stakeholders involved in the process, along with key activities prior to launching new products, such as obtaining consent from the compliance team, conducting FRA, etc.
