Senior Tax Counsel, Energy Sector

Our client, a distinguished and diversified entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking to onboard a proficient Senior Counsel to advise on tax matters. The ideal candidate will possess a substantial track record as a tax Lawyer, having honed their skills within the intricacies of tax regulations. This role involves offering strategic legal advice and comprehensive support to internal stakeholders, including analysing, preparing opinions, creating tax-efficient structures for significant projects, and advising the management team on intricate tax and legal issues. Candidates should ideally hold a law degree, and an LL.M. in Taxation would be a plus. Candidates will ideally have a minimum of six years’ experience gained preferably from distinguished international law firms, Big 4 accounting firms, or multinational corporations’ in-house tax departments.

Location : Saudi Arabia.
