الوصف الوظيفيProven experience managing Treasury or Risk projects in a bank. Strong knowledge of treasury processes and banking regulations. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with TMS platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for treasury initiatives (liquidity, funding, IRRBB, capital).
- Lead the implementation and upgrade of Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Ensure projects comply with banking regulations (e.g., Basel III / IV).
- Develop project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and track progress.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Treasury, IT, Risk, and Finance.
- Facilitate change management, testing, and training for successful adoption.
