Provide administrative and clerical support
to departments or individuals.
Handle information requests and
prepare statistical reports .
Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up and received.
Greet and receive visitors, and
prepare confidential and sensitive documents .
Coordinate office management activities and
maintain office procedures .
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems, and check incoming emails to reply accordingly.
Determine matters of top priority and handle them accordingly.
Assist in preparing the office budget and plan events and volunteer activities.
Support top management and inter-departmental activities with administrative and clerical tasks.
Forward, print, and present important emails requiring management attention.
Follow up on ongoing tasks internally and externally.
Maintain and update both hard and soft copy files periodically.
Coordinate office management activities across corporate and branch offices as instructed.
Requirements
Education : Graduate or relevant secretarial course.
Language : Fluent in English (reading and writing).
Experience : 4-6 years of relevant work experience in the same field.
