Deed Transfer Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Full knowledge of the expropriation system for public benefit and temporary possession of real estate
• Conducting price surveys in targeted areas
• Supervising real estate price survey work and evaluating issued reports
• Evaluating the standards of property transfer operations and ensuring their compliance with the applicable systems and procedures
• Preparing property transfer plans and updating procedures, policies and forms in accordance with the system
• Identifying and proactively informing the Senior Property Transfer Manager of any problems or challenges that may affect the implementation of population transfer and community development operations to ensure that deviations from agreed‑upon work plans are minimized
• Representing the beneficiary in the assessment committee
• Ensuring the quality of outputs and targets
