Al JUBAIL HIT FACTORY FOR STEEL FABRICATION & GALVANIZING, a wholly owned subsidiary of Salem Balhamer Holding, was established in 2006. We specialize in providing comprehensive steel fabrication and galvanizing solutions. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility, spanning 49,860 square meters in the 3rd Support Industrial Area, Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is equipped to handle a wide range of projects. Our experienced team offers a full suite of services, including design, fabrication, painting, galvanizing, and erection.

Job Description

  • Assess the needs and requirements of various organizational units in terms of materials; conduct market surveys to reach the best purchase prices from suppliers; supervise the receipt and evaluation of offers from service providers; build up a database of material prices and suppliers; and prepare, present and keep the specialized documents and reports related to sales.
  • Assess the needs and requirements of various organizational units in terms of different materials; prioritize purchases accordingly.
  • Conduct specialized studies, analyses, and market surveys to reach the best purchase prices from suppliers; ensure required quality of the materials in accordance with regulating policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate the processes and procedures of receiving offers from service providers in coordination with other administrative units; ensure compliance with adopted procedures in the department.
  • Build up a database of the prices of frequently consumed materials and their most important suppliers; maintain integrated files on the various purchases according to approved regulations.
  • Prepare specialized documents and reports related to sales; provide appropriate recommendations and solutions; display, clarify, and maintain them on the corresponding database, as per approved policies and procedures.
