Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Get ready to be part of the action—helping transform fresh ingredients into delicious, ready-to-enjoy soups! A typical day might include :
- Moving cooked product from kettles to agitator tanks, then into sealed pouches using specialized equipment.
- Weighing, labeling, and inspecting each batch to ensure top quality.
- Following recipes with care—measuring, mixing, and cooking soups to perfection.
- Operating, assembling, and cleaning production equipment.
- Recording production details, completing forms, and performing quality checks.
- Partnering with teammates—cooks, operators, and more—to keep production flowing.
- Staying sharp on food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Jumping in to support wherever needed—because great soups come from great teamwork!
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For :
Manufacturing or food production experience? Even better!Familiarity with food safety? We love that.Comfortable working in a cold / wet environment (think chill, not freezing).Able to lift up to 50lbs and move with purpose.A good communicator, team player, and someone who takes pride in a job well done.Basic computer skills are helpful (we use tech to keep things tasty).Compensation
$17.27 - $18 hourly
