Objective
The role holder is responsible for supporting the product manager in driving successful Technology product development, executing projects efficiently, and maintaining effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and overseeing product development processes.
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation under the guidance of the product manager.
Execute assigned tasks and activities within the project, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones.
Assist in identifying project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
Support the product manager in communicating project progress and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Support product teams in their product decisions using quantitative data to inform the next steps.
Utilize performance metrics to evaluate if product development is satisfactory and aligned with development plans.
Conduct desktop research to monitor competitor activities, as well as any price movements and make recommendations that will be used in key decision making.
Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
Implement all relevant Department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required.
Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
years’ experience in similar or related field.
Experience in Information Technology / Data Solutions / Networking / Cybersecurity preferred.
