About the Role The Demi Chef de Rang is responsible for assisting the Chef de Rang in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests by providing professional and efficient service. This role involves supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Demi Chef de Rang works closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain seamless coordination and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Knowledge & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.

5 years experience in a fine dining or luxury restaurant.
Formal training in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
Knowledge of food service technique and guest interaction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
