Job Title :  Director of Nursing Education

SHORT DESCRIPTION

An excellent opportunity for one of the most prestigious and top tier leading Hospitals in Alahsa , Saudi Arabia,  dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Nursing Education to lead our nursing education programs and enhance the skills of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Program Development : Design, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs that meet the needs of staff and align with organizational goals.
  • Leadership : Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing educators and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Oversight : Ensure nursing curricula are current, evidence-based, and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Assessment and Evaluation : Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with clinical leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.
  • Research and Innovation : Stay updated on the latest trends in nursing education and integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Masters degree in Nursing or related field; Doctorate preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of nursing education experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Licensure : Current nursing license and certification in nursing education in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
